Karam’s Mediterranean Grill is the brainchild of Iowa resident Hamid Karam. With over 15 years of work in the food service industry and a love of cooking delicious homemade Mediterranean cuisine, Hamid first learned the art of cooking from his mother and family while growing up in Morocco.
